There are many reverse osmosis membrane materials, including various organic polymer materials and inorganic materials. At present, the commonly used membranes in industry are mainly cellulose acetate membrane (CA) and aromatic polyamide membrane (PA) and composite membrane.
During the operation of the system, the surface of the reverse osmosis membrane will be polluted by the deposition of heavy metal hydroxide produced by the presence of subfine particles, colloids, organic matter, microorganisms and other pollutants in the raw water and the multiple concentration of heavy metal hydroxide during the operation. When the reverse osmosis membrane is contaminated, the system water production decreases and the desalination rate decreases. Therefore, the system needs to be automatically backwash regularly, and the remaining concentrated water in the membrane element is washed off to remove the pollutants on the surface of the reverse osmosis membrane, prevent the concentrated water from being deposited on the surface of the reverse osmosis membrane and prolong the service life of the membrane; in addition, regular chemical cleaning is needed to restore the excellent properties of the membrane, and sometimes aseptic treatment is needed.
3. sterilization:
Ultraviolet sterilization: UV sterilization has two ways of pipeline irradiation and water tank irradiation.
DNA structures in the cells are destroyed when various bacteria, viruses, parasites, algae and other pathogens in water (air or solid surfaces) are subjected to a certain amount of ultraviolet radiation, thus killing bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens in water without the use of any chemical drugs for disinfection and purification purposes.
Ozone sterilization: Ozone is a light blue gas with a slightly special fresh odor at room temperature.
The germicidal principle of ozone is that ozone destroys the cell membrane of bacteria with its powerful oxidation ability, thus killing it. Ozone has killing effect on most bacteria, especially on common coliform, mold, staphylococci and fungi, which are harmful to human health. Ozone has far more bactericidal effect than chemical disinfectants: chemical disinfectants often leave residual contamination after use, and ozone can automatically decompose and reduce to oxygen;
Ozone sterilization effect is also stronger than ultraviolet: ultraviolet light wave sterilization, irradiation can not sterilize, and ozone as a gas, no sanitary dead corner, gas everywhere, sterilization effect is very strong.
Because ozone is extremely unstable and easy to decompose, it needs to be manufactured on site. A set of ozone generator includes aerator, oxygen generator, ozone generator.
