Injection molding process control
I. Selection of jet process parameters:

1. resin content spray molding products, resin content control at about 90%.

When the resin viscosity is 0.2 Pa·s, the resin tank pressure is 0.05~0.15 MPa, the atomization pressure is 0.3~0.55 to ensure the uniform mixing of the components.

The mixing distance of resin sprayed from different angles of 3. spray gun is different ,20° angle is generally used, and the distance between the spray gun and the mould is 350~400 mm. To change the distance, the angle of the spray gun should be high speed to ensure the intersection and mixing of each component near the surface of the die to prevent the glue from flying.

II. Spray molding:

The ambient temperature or resin temperature should be controlled ℃(25±5), which is too high to cause clogging of the spray gun.

No moisture is allowed in the ejector system, otherwise it will affect the product quality. Before molding, spray a layer of resin on the mold, then spray resin fiber mixing layer.

Before injection molding, adjust air pressure to control resin and glass fiber content.

The spray gun should move evenly to prevent leakage, not arc, the overlap between the two lines is less than 1/3, to ensure uniform coverage and thickness.

After spraying one layer, press with roller wheel immediately, pay attention to the corners and concave and convex surfaces, ensure that each layer is flat, exhaust bubbles, and prevent burr caused by the fiber.

After each layer is sprayed, check and then spray the next layer.

The last layer should be thinner to make the surface smooth.

Clean the jet machine immediately after use to prevent resin curing and damage equipment.

I. Main bearing layers of the product

A. structure layer consists of the following winding layer

Inner ring winding layer of alkali-free glass fiber

Cross-winding layer of alkali-free glass fiber

The outer ring of alkali-free glass fiber is wound to the winding layer

B. molding equipment is a computer-controlled reciprocating cross-winding equipment.

The outer protective layer —— ensure that the products are not eroded by the external environment, and the resin content ≥90%.
