1. Principal: Industrial water softener for water treatment

When raw water with rigid ion passing resin in the exchanging cylinder, Ca2+,Mg2+ in water is exchanged and absorbed by Na+ in resin, wiping off Ca2+,Mg2+ and carbonate or non carbonate rigidity, is called softened water. The resin must be regenerated after absorbing some Ca2+,Mg2+, regeneration is washing resin layer using brine in salt box. Na+ in salt water exchange the rigid ion of resin into water, then discharged with regeneration liquid off the cylinder, recovering exchanging capacity, and continuously softening water.

Industrial water softener allows water equipment (boiler, radiators, water heaters, solar, etc.) will never scale, congestion and make it has a longer life. Put an end to security risks and equipment loss. Bathroom facilities(Glass shower room, mirror, bathtub, toilet, etc) use soft water, it will no more difficult to clean up the white stains and rust spots.In life we can save a lot of energy and trouble, and lady commonly used soft water bath have a good cosmetic effect.

GB/T18300—— controller inspection

Fault-free action test (switching times increased from 8000 to 10000): the controller is installed on the special test bench according to the use state, using manual or automatic control. Under the inlet pressure of 0.6 MPa, the actual working conditions are simulated, and the switching times should not be less than 10000 times every 2~5 min. The valve body seal no leakage, working conditions are normal, no channeling as qualified.

GB/T18300—— exchanger performance test

Hydraulic test: The exchanger shall not leak through a hydraulic test of 1.5 times the design pressure. test conditions shall comply with JB/T 2932 requirements.
Air check performance: When the salt water is absorbed in the exchanger, check the air check valve and the connection line of the salt water.
Salt water level control performance: when the exchanger is in the state of heavy water injection, in the working pressure range MPa 0.2 MPa ~0.6, the liquid level of salt tank water injection should be controlled at the set height. For exchangers with a level controller, the level controller shall not leak or close in advance.
Flow rate at each station of the exchanger: Measure and record the amount of water flowing out of the exchanger per unit time at each station, and calculate the flow rate of the exchanger during operation, backwash, regeneration, replacement and positive washing shall conform to the requirements of Table 4 and design.
During the whole testing process, attention should be paid to checking the effluent from each state, and no ion exchange resin should leak out.
