1. Principal: Industrial water softener for water treatment
When raw water with rigid ion passing resin in the exchanging cylinder, Ca2+,Mg2+ in water is exchanged and absorbed by Na+ in resin, wiping off Ca2+,Mg2+ and carbonate or non carbonate rigidity, is called softened water. The resin must be regenerated after absorbing some Ca2+,Mg2+, regeneration is washing resin layer using brine in salt box. Na+ in salt water exchange the rigid ion of resin into water, then discharged with regeneration liquid off the cylinder, recovering exchanging capacity, and continuously softening water.
Industrial water softener allows water equipment (boiler, radiators, water heaters, solar, etc.) will never scale, congestion and make it has a longer life. Put an end to security risks and equipment loss. Bathroom facilities(Glass shower room, mirror, bathtub, toilet, etc) use soft water, it will no more difficult to clean up the white stains and rust spots.In life we can save a lot of energy and trouble, and lady commonly used soft water bath have a good cosmetic effect.

Criteria to be met
The automatic sodium ion exchangers for industrial use shall meet the requirements of GB/T18300< Technical Conditions for Automatic Control of Sodium Ion Exchangers and GB/T50109< Design Code for the Soft Desalination of Industrial Water.
Exchanger effluent quality for boiler water supply shall meet the corresponding requirements in GB/T1576< Industrial Boiler Water Quality.
GB/T18300—— definitions and terminology (continued)
Operation: The process of removing most or all of the calcium and magnesium ions in water through the ion exchange resin layer in the exchanger.
Regeneration process: the process of restoring the exchange capacity of the failed ion exchange resin, including but not limited to steps such as backwash, regeneration, replacement, positive washing, etc.
Backwash: after the failure of the ion exchange resin, clean the ion exchange resin layer from the bottom up with water to make it expand and loose, and at the same time remove the suspended matter in the upper part of the resin layer and the steps of breaking the resin and other impurities.
Regeneration: A step by which a certain concentration of regenerated liquid flows through the failed ion exchange resin layer at a certain flow rate to restore the exchange capacity of the ion exchange resin.
downstream regeneration: the flow direction of the regenerated liquid is consistent with the flow direction of the running water.
countercurrent regeneration: the flow direction of the regenerated liquid is opposite to that of the running water.
